Only blender fabrics for quilting could make blending in look so good. What is a blender fabric in quilting, you ask? Great question! Blender fabric is an interesting type of material because it’s not exactly a solid fabric and it’s not quite patterned either. Take Grunge fabric for example—it’s an incredibly popular blender fabric because of its subtle yet super attractive weathered look! Other blender fabric materials include tone-on-tone prints, crackle prints, and even gorgeous ombre fabrics. Blender fabrics are ideal for smooth color transitions and adding a touch of texture to projects. What makes Grunge a unique blender fabric material is how it’s dyed first and printed on one side to give it that textured appearance. Plus, how much the texture stands out can vary depending on the colors it’s printed in!
